Interview: PELCER — Herbarij Studio: A Conversation About Plants That Last

For Pelcer.eu, I spoke about the plants I cultivate for creating botanical artworks. Beyond the aesthetic role of botanical images in decorating spaces, I also touched on their educational purpose. During a pleasant and flowing conversation, I shared my reflections on the role of gardening in today’s world. One insight is that gardening frees us from the egocentric self, excessive self-confidence, boastfulness, and the need to be seen—a tendency that is widespread today but insufficiently recognized as a real issue.
